Our elegant vacation home at the end of a sailboat canal with direct access to the gulf of Mexico provides the ideal setting for a dream vacation. Exclusive furniture by Robb & Stucky, tastefully decorated rooms and a number of features that you will otherwise only find in very expensive homes (e.g. an entertainment center with a big screen, that was built into the wall) will make your stay in this home a truly extraordinary experience.

The house features 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, the second bedroom offers two twin beds. Both are elegantly furnished and decorated. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. It includes a bookshelf with a large selection of books for your reading pleasure. It is also equipped with modern office and communication equipment for those who cannot quit work altogether. You will have two bathrooms, one of them can be used as a pool bath with direct access from the patio. The living room features the already mentioned entertainment center with video and DVD equipment, a big built-in TV screen and a fantastic sound system. The open kitchen is equipped with everything that you will need for cooking in. The patio – with a southern exposure – is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunshine – even on a cooler day. Should it become too hot – the large pool will provide a welcome refreshment.

For your comfort the house is equipped with a central air condition and heating system. A premium washer and dryer will be at your disposal. The pool can be heated via a heat pump, which gives you the option to adjust the pool temperature to whatever you feel comfortable with. Even during periods of temporary coolness when solar-heated pools will not be able to heat the water much beyond 70º F, the heat pump allows you to maintain a temperature between 80º F and 90º F.

You will particularly enjoy the fascinating and undisturbed view down the canal. Beautiful sailboats docked alongside the canal provide a truly picturesque view that can be savored from almost anywhere in the house. Or walk a few steps down from the patio to a little terrace by the water where you can sit at a cocktail table indulging yourself even more. The entire house is surrounded by tropical plants and trees. If you like, feel free to eat from the tropical fruit around you (oranges, grapefruit, bananas, mangos) and get an impression of how it must have been to live in paradise!

For excursions in the nearer surroundings you may find it convenient to use the bicycles which will be waiting for you in the garage. Should you wish to explore the open waters we will be glad to arrange for a boat to be waiting for you at the dock (separate contract).
